Ingredients You'll Need (Serves 4):
For the Coconut Rice
2 Cups of jasmine rice
1 Teaspoon of sugar
Water
1 Can (14.5 oz) of unsweetened coconut milk
1 Teaspoon of salt
For the Salmon Bites
3 Salmon Fillets
Olive oil
1 Tablespoon of garlic powder
1 Tablespoon of onion powder
1 Teaspoon of ginger powder
2 Tablespoon of soy sauce
1 Tablespoon of brown sugar
For the Bang Bang Sauce
1/3 Cup of mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon of siracha
1 Tablespoon of sweet Thai chili sauce
For the Cucumber:
1 Cucumber
1 Teaspoon of sugar
1/4 Cup of rice vinegar
2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
